Our Story

Chick & Tender was established in 2025 by Dean Poll and his good friend Tom Fanning. Poll, restaurateur and owner of the iconic Gallaghers Steakhouse in New York City and Boca Raton and a longtime Long Island resident, created the concept to combine quality food with the convenience of quick service while focusing on classic New York flavors.

Through deep-rooted partnerships with trusted local purveyors, Chick & Tender proudly serves the finest and freshest ingredients that reflect a commitment to our loyal guests.
